Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Franklin Covey in the amount of $8,667.00. The Department of Human Resources and Civil Service Talent Development Team will utilize the Franklin Covey All Access Pass resource to teach leadership development, coaching and mentoring, productivity and presentation skills. The Franklin Covey All Access Pass is a training and talent development resource to expand our professional development reach, achieve our business objectives, and will provide employees with unlimited access to the Franklin Covey content. Chargeable to and payable from the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service account 11101.53.53301.109000.2018.
