Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to execute relevant agreements with PennDot allowing for payment of the local costs associated with the SR400 (N. Dallas Ave/Bennett St) ADA Ramp Project being undertaken by PennDot.

Section 2. 

The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to execute payments to PennDot for local costs associated with the SR400 (N. Dallas Ave/Bennett St) ADA Ramp Project, at a cost not to exceed  $26,926.00.
