Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements, allowing for compensation paid to PennDot of the local costs associated with the East Carson St. Supplemental Improvement Project being undertaken by PennDot, and further providing for payment of the cost not to exceed $690,737.35.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to execute relevant agreements with PennDot allowing for payment of the local costs associated with the East Carson St. Supplemental Improvement Project being undertaken by PennDot.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to execute payments to PennDot for local costs associated with the East Carson St. Supplemental Improvement Project, at a cost not to exceed $690,737.35.
