Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation are authorized to execute relevant agreements to receive funding from the Pittsburgh Public Schools for Community Enrichment to operate a STEM/STEAM/STREAM and Art and Enrichment Program at Langley Middle School and further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed THIRTY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE DOLLARS AND 30 CENTS ($39,999.30) for this stated purpose.  Monies from the agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund Account 5029400251.48311.00.

Section 2.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into Agreements, or Contracts, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts and not to exceed THIRTY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED NINETY-NINE DOLLARS AND 30 CENTS ($39,999.30) for the purposes of Community Enrichment to operate a STEM/STEAM/STREAM and Art and Enrichment program at Langley Middle School under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and Pittsburgh Public Schools chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 5029400251.50000.00.
