WHEREAS, Bricolage Production Company is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, founded in 2001; and,

WHEREAS, Bricolage Production Company maintains its principal place of business and conducts its principal activities in the City of Pittsburgh; and,

WHEREAS, Bricolage Production Company engages in immersive and adventurous theatre accessible to the diverse population of Pittsburgh; and,

WHEREAS, the Applicant desires to operate certain small games of chance and/or conduct raffles to generate funds to finance its operations at a Bazaar: A Micro-Immersive Carnival on September 15, 2018;
