Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to execute relevant agreements for compensation to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania of the local costs associated with the State Route 0400 (North Dallas Avenue / Bennett Street) Project being undertaken by PennDOT on City Streets, and further providing for payment of costs thereof not to exceed $26,926.00. Funds are available in the following account:
