Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure (DOMI) to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding from the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County (RAAC)’s Active Allegheny program to conduct a study to identify access barriers to Homewood Park and further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed FIFTY THOUSAND ($50,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure (DOMI) of the City of Pittsburgh are to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding from the Redevelopment Authority of Allegheny County (RAAC)’s Active Allegheny program to conduct a study to identify access barriers to Homewood Park and further providing for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed FIFTY THOUSAND ($50,000.00) dollars for this stated purpose.  Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 6029400250.48311.00.

Section 2.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure  (DOMI) of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into Agreements, or Contracts, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts and not to exceed FIFTY THOUSAND ($50,000.00) dollars for the purposes of conducting a study to identify access barriers to Homewood Park under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and RAAC chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 6029400250.50000.00.
