Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1:

The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an agreement with the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership in conjunction with Mydatt Services Inc, dba “Block By Block”.

Agreement will begin on September 5, 2018 and shall continue until November 30, 2018 unless terminated prior.

Cost shall not exceed thirty-one thousand, seven hundred and fifty-two dollars (31,752).
