Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of Finance are hereby authorized to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a contract(s) or agreement(s) or use of existing agreement(s) with the  Pittsburgh Land Bank for administrative services for the 2018 Land Bank implementation at a cost not to exceed TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS AND NO CENTS ($200,000.00)

The payments due under said Agreement shall be chargeable to and payable from the following JDE account code: 11101.107000.58.58101.2018

Section 2. Said Agreement shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor. Any Resolution or Ordinance or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
