Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to accept a quitclaim deed or deeds from the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh quitclaiming its rights, title and interest in property comprising Block and Lot 2-B-107 and 2-B-257 in the 2^nd Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, to become part of the I-579 Cap Project.
