Title

Resolution providing that the City of Pittsburgh (“City”) enter into a Memorandum of Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with the Corporation for National and Community Service (“CNCS”) for the purpose of obtaining Americorps VISTA members to work with staff from City Departments and the Housing Authority City of Pittsburgh (HACP) on strategic projects and research; and providing for the payment of the costs thereof not to exceed $12,311.00.

 

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources & Civil Service, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Memorandum of Agreement and/or Contract with CNCS.  The total amount shall not exceed Twelve Thousand Three Hundred and Eleven Dollars ($12,311) that will cover the cost of one (1) “cost share” AmeriCorps VISTA member chargeable to and payable from Account Code: 11101.53.53901.109000.2018 Item # 22222-30.

 

Section 2.                     Any ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
