Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into Agreements for the purposes of receiving grant funding for construction of the I-579 Cap project. Grant funding shall be deposited to the following accounts:
