Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to accept a special warranty deed from the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County to transfer certain vacant property in the 2nd Ward of the City of Pittsburgh to become part of the I-579 Cap Project. Any costs of closing of the property for this transfer from the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County to the City of Pittsburgh, including recording fees, and transfer taxes, are to be borne by the Sports & Exhibition Authority of Pittsburgh.

The property is described as follows:

THAT CERTAIN piece of ground situate in the 2nd Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, County of Allegheny and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being Open Space "H" in the Lower hill Planned Development District Subdivision Plan No. 2 as recorded in the Department of Real Estate of Allegheny County in Plan Book Volume 295, Page 61, being more particularly described to wit:

Beginning at a point on the westerly right of way line of Washington Place, a 120 foot right of way, where the same is intersected by the dividing line of Open Space "H" and Parcel "H-R" in said plan; thence along said right of way line South 19? 37' 25" East a distance of 125.80 feet to a point on the northerly right of way line of Centre Avenue, a variable width right of way; thence along said right of way line of Centre Avenue North 89? 07' 25" West a distance of 65.26 feet to a point of curvature; thence along the same in a southwesterly direction by an arc of a circle curving t...
