Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to execute an agreement granting to Allegheny County, a temporary easement for the purpose of undertaking the 9^th Street (Rachel Carson) Bridge improvement project. The easement will be on the North Shore Riverwalk on City property, Block 8-M-110 and Block 9-E-150 in the 22nd Ward. Said agreement shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall contain such terms and conditions for the protection of the City of the City of Pittsburgh as the Solicitor may require. The estimated completion date of the construction or improvement is two years from the start of construction. The temporary easement for construction area is 6,810 Square Feet.
