Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Carl’s Tree Service - Landscaping in the amount of Ten Thousand Four Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($10,400.00) for emergency tree trimming and clean up services for a property owned by the Three Taxing Bodies, chargeable to and payable from the Three Taxing Bodies Trust Fund account 1070876500.54105.00
