Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1 of Resolution No. 24, effective January 29, 2016, which presently reads as follows:
The Mayor and/or the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and enter into a Contract or Contracts or the use of existing Contracts, an Agreement or Agreements or the use of existing Agreements, providing for providing for repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies and/or the purchase of materials, equipment, and supplies in connection with the installation of Audible & Traffic Signals; at a cost not to exceed $595,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts.
