Title
Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Parks and Recreation Department to enter into a grant agreement with the National Football League Foundation for the receipt of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000) to be used in direct correlation with the NFL NRPA After-School Kickoff Grant Program (“NFL PLAY 60 Program”). The funds shall be used for the City’s Phillips Recreation Center to provide new equipment, curriculum, refurbished play spaces, additional staff to run physical activity-based programming and/or to otherwise support the start or growth of an NFL PLAY 60 Program.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Parks and Recreation Department of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into a grant agreement with the National Football League Foundation for the receipt of SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS and NO CENTS ($7,000) to be used in direct correlation with the NFL NRPA After-School Kickoff Grant Program.
Said funds shall be deposited into the following JDE account: 5029400230.48311.00
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Parks and Recreation Department of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts and not to exceed SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS and NO CENTS ($7,000), to be used in direct correlation with the NFL NRPA After-School Kickoff Grant Program under the terms of the agreement between the City and the National Football League Foundation chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 5029400230.50000.00.
Any Ordinance or Resolution or part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this Resolution, is hereby repealed so far as the same affects this Resolution.
