Title

Resolution amending Resolution 389 of 2014 for the Residential Parking permit program Area “M”, in the South Oakland Community (Council District #3) to change enforcement hours and grace period pursuant to Pittsburgh Code Chapter 549.

 

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     That resolution No. 389 of 2014 is hereby amended as follows:

 

Within area “M” bounded by: Cato Street, from Romeo Street to Ward Street; Juliet Street, from Boulevard of the Allies to Frazier Street; Thora Way, from Juliet Street to Ward Street; Virgila Place from Juliet Street to Hardie Way; Hardie Way, from Cato Street to Thora Way; Ward Street, from Boulevard of the Allies to Frazier Street; Boulevard of the Allies, from Ward Streeet to Parkview Avenue to Belgreen Place, from ward Street to Dawson Street; Edith Place, from Ward Street to Dawson Street, Dawson Street from Frazier Street to Boulevard of the Allies; Oakland Court, from Ward Street to Dawson Street; Swinburne Street, from Dawson Street to Parkview Avenue; and Parkview Avenue, from Boulevard of the Allies to Frazier Street.

 

That motorized vehicle parking shall be restricted to a one (1) hour time limit between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m. 7:00 a.m. - 12:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday except where existing parking restrictions may exist and vehicles displaying a registered with the Parking Authority with a valid area “M” residential permit or visitor’s pass.
