Title

Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works to accept a donation from BNY Mellon of fully depreciated office cubicle systems and free-standing office furniture totaling an estimated Fifty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($57,200), which shall be used for the purpose of redesigning office spaces of the City’s Department of Law.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are authorized, pursuant to City Code Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”), to accept a donation from BNY Mellon of fully depreciated office cubicle systems and free-standing office furniture whose value totals an estimated Fifty Seven Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($57,200), and which shall be used for the purposes of redesigning office spaces of the City’s Department of Law. Such furniture will be used to replace and/or supplement existing dilapidated items.
