Title: Resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to apply for grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) under the Multimodal Transportation Fund (MTF) to provide funding for Phase 1 Street and Signal Improvements in support of the implementation of the Downtown-East End Bus Rapid Transit Project in collaboration with the Port Authority of Allegheny County, Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, and the County of Allegheny. In the event the grant is awarded, this resolution provides for an agreement and expenditures not to exceed FIFTEEN MILLION ($15,000,000.000) dollars for this stated purpose. The contribution of the City of Pittsburgh is not to exceed FOUR MILLION, FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND ($4,500,000) dollars over the life of the grant for this purpose.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
