WHEREAS, due to safety concerns in icy conditions, we are requesting to waive the policy of a neighborhood petition requirement for paving over brick or block streets for Bartow Street in the Westwood neighborhood; and,
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. Directing the Director of Mobility and Infrastructure to waive the policy of a neighborhood petition requirement for paving over of brick/block streets in regards to the paving of Bartow Street.
