Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to make all legitimate expenditures necessary to implement the 2018 Learn and Earn Summer Youth Employment Program, including but not limited to agreement or agreements with various agencies to conduct a summer youth employment program to youth residing in the City of Pittsburgh, summer staff wages, and administrative expenditures.  Said agreement or agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall contain such terms and conditions as said Solicitor may require.  The total cost and reimbursement to the City for City paid costs shall not exceed Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00) Dollars chargeable to and payable from the following JDE Account String:  11101.109000.58.58101.2018.

 

Section 2.                      The aggregate amount payable under this Resolution shall not exceed Two Hundred Thousand ($200,000.00) Dollars.
