Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with ShotSpotter, Inc. (d/b/a SST, Inc.) for the continuation and expansion of the City’s gunshot-detection system at an overall cost not to exceed THREE MILLION THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND TWO-HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS and NO CENTS ($3,386,250.00) over a three-year term.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and Director of Public Safety are hereby authorized to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a Professional Services Agreement or Agreements with SST, Inc. for the continuation and expansion of the City’s gunshot-detection system at an overall cost not to exceed THREE MILLION THREE HUNDRED EIGHTY-SIX THOUSAND TWO-HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS and NO CENTS ($3,386,250.00) payable from the following accounts in their corresponding budget years:

Said Agreement or Agreement(s) shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
