Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution No. 797, effective December 28, 2017, is hereby amended by transferring $200,000 from the Office of Management and Budget’s Operating Budget, JDE Account 11101.102200.53.53901.2018, to the Capital Budget for 2018 Street Resurfacing.
