Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the amount of $5,785.67, in favor of Duquesne Light Company, ATTN: Carolyn K. Cingel, 411 Seventh Avenue, Mail Drop 16-1, Pittsburgh, PA  15219 for damage to their light pole near 115 Attica Street, Pittsburgh, 15220 from a City ES vehicle backing into it and knocking it into a residence on August 8, 2017, charging same to Code 11101.108000.58.58105.2018.  Item No. 11111-44.
