Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     AMENDING and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011 by reducing $4,000 from District 3 DPW Project and increasing Hilltop Alliance-Cameras by $5,000 within District 3 Neighborhood Needs as per the “Revised Budget” column:
