Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the amount of $10,000.00, in favor of Mary Ann McQuillan, 725 Loretta Street, Pittsburgh, PA  15217 for damage to the water service line at the Claimant’s property from tree root and stump grinding post-tree removal in August 2016, charging same to Code 11101.108000.58.58105.2018. Item No. 11111-44.
