Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement with The United Way of Southwestern PA for services related to initiating the Career Transition Project (21 and Able), to encourage the development of long term employment opportunities in the City workforce for individuals with disabilities, for a sum not to exceed One Hundred Twenty Thousand Dollars ($120,000.00) over two years and for the payment of the costs thereof.

 

 

Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:

 

$60,000.00 from 11101.109000.53.53901.2018, Item #22222-30

$60,000.00 from 11101.109000.53.53901.2019, Item #22222-30

 

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
