Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Three Thousand Thirty-One Dollars and Twenty-Two cents ($3,031.22) in favor of Michelle Miller-Kotula, Labor Arbitrator, 428 Bond Street, Washington, PA 15127 for arbitration services provided in the matter of City of Pittsburgh and AFSCME 2719 (BOM Case 2016-0504 Robin Sears: Termination) and charging same to 11101.53.53513.108000.2018, Item number 11111-8.
