Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Public Safety to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an agreement or agreements with Purvis Systems for installation of a new fire station alerting system and related support services at an overall cost not to exceed TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETY-SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED and TWENTY-FOUR  DOLLARS and FIFTY-ONE CENTS ($2,297,124.51).

Section 2.                     The City Controller shall encumber funds for said agreement or agreements from the following chart account: 11101.250000.53.53901.2017, item number 5287 22222-30. Said agreements shall be in a form approved bv the City Solicitor.
