Resolution providing for the issuance of a warrant in the total sum of Sixty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($62,500.00) in favor of Lois Carson and her attorneys Cercone, Erlaine, & Associates, 564 Forbes Avenue, 1100 Manor Building, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, fully releasing the City from all claims and liability for alleged personal injuries as described in a lawsuit filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas at G.D. 14-019641.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Sixty-Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($62,500.00) in favor Lois Carson and her attorneys Cercone, Erlaine, & Associates, fully releasing the City from all claims and liability for alleged personal injuries as described in a lawsuit filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas at G.D. 14-019641 and charging same to 11101.58.58105.108000.2018; Item Number 11111-20.
