Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement/Agreements and Contract/Contracts in form approved by the City Solicitor, with CNX for the purpose of assisting the City in developing plans and studies for the development of policy and code changes for Telecom Antenna Aesthetics at a cost not to exceed $30,000.00, chargeable and payable from the following accounts:

2017 Operating Budget, Department of City Planning, Professional & Technical Services:
