Resolution amending Resolution No. 112, effective March 19, 2014, entitled “Providing for the execution of a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh for the performance of certain work in connection with the 2014-2015 Community Development Block Grant Program, and providing for the payment of the cost thereof, not to exceed $3,200,000” by increasing the Major Development line item by $300,000.00 and the total cost thereof to $3,500,000.00. (Council Districts: All).

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1 of Resolution No. 112, effective March 19, 2014, which currently reads as follows:
“Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a Cooperation Agreement or Agreements with the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, under which the Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh will undertake the following programs and activities in connection with the 2014-2015 Community Development Block Grant Program at a cost not to exceed Three Million Two Hundred Thousand ($3,200,000) Dollars, chargeable to and payable from the 2014 Community Development Block Grant Trust Fund as follows:
