Resolution amending Resolution No. 297 of 2016, effective June 6, 2016, entitled “further amending Resolution No. 816 effective January 1, 2016, as amended, entitled ‘Adopting and approving the 2016 Capital Budget and the 2016 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2016 through 2021 Capital Improvement Program’ by reducing Information Systems Modernization (-$150,000.00) and transferring the funding to the Capital Equipment Acquisition (+$150,000.00) line item” by correcting an incorrect JDE job number and fund code.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1.
Resolution No. 297 of 2016, effective June 6, 2016, entitled “Further amending Resolution No. 816 effective January 1, 2016, as amended, entitled ‘Adopting and approving the 2016 Capital Budget and the 2016 Community Development Block Grant Program; and approving the 2016 through 2021 Capital Improvement Program’ by reducing Information Systems Modernization (-$150,000.00) and transferring the funding to the Capital Equipment Acquisition (+$150,000.00) line item,” is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. Section 1 of Resolution No. 816, effective January 1, 2016, as amended, which presently reads as per Current Budget Amount, is hereby amended to read as per Revised Budget Amount.
