Resolution authorizing the Mayor, the Director of Innovation & Performance, and the Director of Human Resources & Civil Service to enter into an Amendment or Amendments to extend the existing Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the County of Allegheny for the Enterprise Resource Planning system by one (1) calendar year through December 31, 2018, and to provide for the payment of fees for support services at a cost not to exceed Four Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand and Zero Dollars ($472,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor, the Director of Innovation & Performance, and the Director of Human Resources & Civil Service, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Amendment or Amendments to extend the existing Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the County of Allegheny for the Enterprise Resource Planning system by one (1) calendar year through December 31, 2018. The total amount of fees for support services payable to the County of Allegheny under the Amendment or Amendments shall not exceed Four Hundred Seventy-Two Thousand and Zero Dollars ($472,000.00). Of this total amount, Four Hundred Twenty Thousand and Zero Dollars ($420,000.00) shall be dedicated to general support services and Fifty-Two Thousand and Zero Dollars ($52,000.00) shall be dedicated to support services as needed by the Department of Human Resources and Civil Service.
Section 2. Payments shall be made from the following account:
$420,000.00 from 11101.103000.53.53509.2018, Item #22222-16
$52,000.00 from 11101.109000.53.53509.2017, Item #22222-16
Section 3. Said Amendment or Amendments shall approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
