Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management & Budget are hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, or use of existing Contracts, providing for an Agreement or Agreements, or use of existing Agreements with the Hill House Association in connection with the rehabilitation of the Blakey Program Center for a sum not to exceed Two Hundred Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($200,000.00) for the payment of the costs thereof.

Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
