Title
Resolution granting unto Dark Side Properties, their successors and assigns, the privilege and license to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense, a handicap ramp with handrail and landing at 5600 Harrison Street in the 10th Ward, Council District 7 of the City of Pittsburgh, USA.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. That Dark Side Properties, their successors and assigns, are hereby granted the privilege to construct, maintain and use at their own cost and expense,

1. A concrete ADA accessible ramp 14'-0" in length with a 36" high steel bar handrail along the Harrison Street sidewalk extending over the property line. The construction will consist of two connected ramps and will rise to a total height of 24". The dimensions of the lower ramp will be 10'0" long, 4'0" wide and 10" high with a handrail 36'' high along the edge of the ramp. The dimensions of the upper ramp will be 14'0" long, 4'0" wide and 14" high with a handrail 36" high along the edge of the ramp. The two ramps will meet at a landing 5'0" wide and 8'0" long at a height of 10". A landing at the top of the upper ramps will be 5'0" X 5'0". This construction will happen at 5600 Harrison Street in the 10th Ward, Council District 7 of the City of Pittsburgh, USA.

The said encroachment shall conform to the provisions of their resolution and in accordance with the Plans on file in the Americans with Disabilities Act Office, Department of City Planning.

Section 2. The said Grantee prior to the beginning of the construction of said encroachment shall submit to the ADA Coordinator of the City of Pittsburgh for further review by Director of the Department of Public Works of the City of Pittsburgh, a complete set of plans, in triplicate, showing the location and all details of said construction. Said plans and said construction shall be subject to the approval and supervision of the Director of the Department of Public Works.
