Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of City Planning Department of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to execute relevant agreements with the Department of Natural Resources (DCNR) in order to receive a grant award of forty thousand dollars ($40,000) for the development of a South Side Park Master Plan in the City.  Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 1129400197.45505.00.

Section 2.                     The Mayor and the Director of City Planning Department of the City of Pittsburgh are further authorized to enter into an Agreement, or Contract, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts and not to exceed forty thousand dollars $40,000 dollars, for the development of a South Side Park Master Plan under the terms of the agreement between the City and the Department of Natural Resources (DCNR) chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 1129400197.53901.00.
