Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into contract and hire consultant, Farmers’ Market Coalition to perform a study and develop a plan. The study and plan should be executed for a sum not to exceed Forty-Six Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($46,000.00). This cost includes evaluation, research, data collection, analysis and recommendations for our regional farmers’ market system.

Funds shall be paid from the following account:

 

$46,000           11101.53.53901.110000.2017 (Item #22222-30)

 

Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
