Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning to enter into contract and hire consultant, Natalie Cerino Kovacic for the Forbes & Murray Improvement Plan. The improvement plan should be executed for a sum not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($15,000.00).

Funds shall be paid from the following accounts:

$15,000.00                                                               2016 Capital Budget                                                               1130126016.53901.00

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
