Title: Petition from the residents of the City of Pittsburgh requesting a Public Hearing before City Council relative to passing a resolution to place the following referendum question on the fall City ballot: "Shall City of Pittsburgh voters be provided with and use new voting equipment for the 2020 presidential election cycle (and thereafter) that utilizes a human-readable, voter-verifiable paper record as the primary official record of the voter's intent; that the voter can verify accurately reflects his or her intent while the voter is still in the process of voting; and that is usable for audits and recounts?"
