Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are authorized to enter into an agreement with the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Multimodal Transportation Fund (MTF), in order to receive a grant award of two million, one hundred and eighty seven thousand and five hundred dollars ($2,187,500) dollars in funding for Bigelow Streetscape Project. In the event the grant is awarded, monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund.
