Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Department of Public Safety, Office of Special Events, to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an agreement or agreements with Pittsburgh Three Rivers Marathon, Inc. (“P3R”), in a form approved by the City Solicitor, for providing professional services with regard to the management of the Richard S. Caliguiri City of Pittsburgh Great Race.  Said agreement or agreements shall be for a term of three years (2017-2019) at a total cost to the City not to exceed the following amounts:

Sixty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($60,000.00)                      chargeable and payable from JDE Account Code 29060.53.53901.5000731400.2017 (Item No. 5221)

2018

The greater of Sixty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($60,000.00) or 40% of net revenues generated by the 2018 Great Race. After taking its share of revenues, P3R shall deposit such remaining funds into JDE Account Code 29060.43.43166.5000731400.2018.

2019

The greater of Sixty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($60,000.00) or 40% of net revenues generated by the 2019 Great Race. After taking its share of revenues, P3R shall deposit such remaining funds into JDE Account Code 29060.43.43166.5000731400.2019.
