Resolution providing for an Agreement or Agreements or the use of existing Agreements, providing for a Contract or Contracts or the use of existing Contracts, providing for repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies and/or the purchase of materials, equipment, supplies and professional services in connection with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) for reimbursing PWSA up to $200,000 for costs incurred by PWSA in their Hayson/Red Oak storm-water retention project, and providing for the payment of the costs thereof.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements or the use of existing Agreements, providing for a Contract or Contracts or the use of existing Contracts, providing for repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies and/or the purchase of materials, equipment, supplies and professional services in connection with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) for reimbursing PWSA up to $200,000.00 in costs incurred by PWSA in their Hayson/Red Oak storm-water retention project in an amount not to exceed $200,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
