Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement(s) and/or Contract(s) with Walter P. Moore and Associates for professional consulting services for an assessment of the structural integrity of the Division 4 Public Works Facility and providing for the payment thereof, at a cost not to exceed $15,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following JD Edwards Account: 4026713813.54301.00, Item Number 1345.
