Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Office of Management and Budget of the City of Pittsburgh are authorized to enter into an agreement with the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) Community Conservation Partnerships Program (C2P2), should the grant be awarded by DCNR, in order to receive a grant award of TWO HUNDRED NINETY-TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED ($292,400.00) dollars to support funding for the West End Trolley Trail Project repurpose an old trolley right-of-way in the underserved West End section of our city. In the event the grant is awarded, monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund.
