Title
Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to execute relevant agreements to receive grant funding to support the reconstruction of the Joncaire Steps in accordance to Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) specifications and ECMS procedures. Further providing for agreements and expenditures at a cost not to exceed Seven Hundred Ninety Thousand Five Hundred Thirty ($790,530.00) dollars for this stated purpose.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are authorized to execute relevant agreements in order to receive and expend a grant award of Seven Hundred Ninety Thousand Five Hundred Thirty ($790,530.00) Dollars to support the reconstruction of the Joncaire Steps in accordance to PennDOT specifications and ECMS procedures. The Joncaire Steps are located in the City of Pittsburgh.
Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400202.45505.00.
Section 2. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure of the City of Pittsburgh, are further authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or the use of existing Agreements, Contract or Contracts, or the use of existing Contracts, providing for repairs, maintenance, improvements, emergencies and/or the purchase of materials, equipment and supplies at a cost not to exceed Seven Hundred Ninety Thousand Five Hundred Thirty ($790,530.00) dollars for the reconstruction of the Joncaire Steps under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and PennDOT, chargeable to and payable from the Grants Trust Fund account 4029400202.50000.00.
