Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Safety are hereby authorized to enter, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, into an Agreement or Agreements with National Association of State Boating Law Administrators (NASBLA) for the provision of training and certification services regarding fire boat operations at a cost not to exceed THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND DOLLARS and NO CENTS ($300,000.00) and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, chargeable to and payable from the following account codes:

11101.250000.53.53301.2017 (Item Number 1703)

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
