The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.                     Amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Seven, Business Licensing, Chapter 719 Vendors and Peddlers, Section 719.10, Lists of Sites Approved by Council, by deleting and adding permanent street and sidewalk vending sites for Summer 2017.

ADD:

Penn Avenue and Sheridan Square, NW and SW corners

N. Highland Avenue and Broad Street, NW and NE corners

N. Highland Avenue and Penn Avenue, NW and NE corners

2161 Centre Avenue

Herron Street and Centre Avenue, NE corner
