Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance to enter into an Amendment or Amendments to extend the existing Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the County of Allegheny for the Enterprise Resource Planning system by one (1) calendar year through December 31, 2017 and to provide for the payment of fees for support services at a cost not to exceed Four Hundred Twenty Thousand and Zero Dollars ($420,000.00).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Amendment or Amendments to extend the existing Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the County of Allegheny for the Enterprise Resource Planning system by one (1) calendar year through December 31, 2017. The total amount of fees for support services payable to the County of Allegheny under the Amendment or Amendments shall not exceed Four Hundred Twenty Thousand and Zero Dollars ($420,000.00).
Section 2. Payments shall be made from the following account:
$420,000.00 from 11101.107000.53.53509.2017, Item #5026
Section 3. Said Amendment or Amendments shall approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
